Independent glue coating sy- stem,the glue coating system can be run independently aft- er the machine stops,avoidin- g the glue drying and not ea- sy to clean.The glue tank is glued to the bottom to preve- nt glue from dripping.Non-stop glue position adjustment structure,bottom glue adjustment is very simple.

The integral tube forming adjustment structure can be adjusted at the same time on one side or both sides to improve work efficiency, reduce the scrap rate generated by the adjustment process,and save adjustment time and stability of adjustment.

Precise color mark tracing system can make sure precision of bag printing pattern cutting position.The color mark tracing function can avoid the readjustment after paper reel changing,paper web breaking ,or power outage.The machine can stop automatically when the color mark is error.It will save time and reduce the waster rate.

The High speed servo puncturing system pre-cut the material by the tooth knife.It make the bags more pricision,evenly and beautiful.It could be used for more materials.

Hot-melt glue spraying system makes the pasted materials more stably,Faster bonding.

Automatic edge control system adopts two photoelectric sensors to detect the edge of paper web.The motor doesn’t need to work often so its power consumption is reduced and its life is extended.(User can choose single photoelectric sensor to control edge.)
